Excellent price, close to beach, clean and comfortable room, complimentary drinks for happy hour

While trying to sleep, there were some flying bugs in the room that were trying to bite us. Not sure how they got in the room.

I've got some problems at the check in with my credit card. It was not hotel's fault but they didn't do anything to help me in someway.

I was in Miami during a very busy time of the year and I found this hotel for a great value! The hotel is much better than what I thought based on what I had read on the reviews. The staff is super friendly and rooms are chic and clean. The location is great, only 2 mins from the beach.

I was not happy with the price i was wupted and what i was charged. I was misled as if a bait and switch tactic.

Fresh food and complementary drinks. Updated room, exceptionally comfortable bed and a comfortable decor.

Great hotel, great bar and music! Wwe stayed in a room with two double beds. The room is a good size double or for a triple occupancy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bar manager is so cool!! I will definitely come back to stay here.

I wish they had a swimming pool, but I guess the beautiful ocean is only a 2 min walk.

The design of the rooms was not use friendly(no drawers to put clothing in, no mirror outside the bathroom, no shelves in the bathroom, huge wooden bedframe extending 6 inches around the bed-we all have bruised shins, an airconditioner that blows you out of the room, internet only in the lobby, no coffee maker in the room, no coffee in the hotel restaurant until after 10am) This was an experience we will all remember not to repeat.

Location was great and the staff was friendly.

The wifi did not work correctly for some reason, never had this problem anywhere I have been. Maybe they are using an older router or one that does not have multiple signals? The beds also have a 5inch wooden border around the mattress which was awkward. The lighting was kind of dark as well.

Amazing hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour security, and a wonderful snack bar. The staff helped me explore local spots on my first stay. I recommend enjoying happy hour too!

Overall - comfortable place with pleasant staff who gave me great service. The location was marvellous and unique, close to the beach. Just 15 minutes walking to the city center.

Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The location was perfect, just a walk away from some cool spots, like the golf club and art galleries. Staff were super friendly, always ready to help. Would highly recommend for a fun group getaway!

Only downside was the musty smell in the hallways, a bit off-putting.

I've been to South Beach many times and I really enjoy staying in the Art-Deco district. The shops and nightlife is super fun. I will definitely come back and recommend the Chelsea hotel. Rooms are very clean and the restaurant is really good and not over priced food. The staff and the concierge are helpful.
